After many rewarding years as an educator, I have joyfully stepped into the next third of my life—filled with new adventures, deeper purpose, and plenty of time to nurture my love for the environment. As a retired teacher, proud wife, mother and new grandmother, I hope to share my curiosity about nature with family and friends, exploring trails, planting gardens, and noticing the small wonders that often go unseen.

My goal is to live simply and sustainably: reducing plastics, recycling more, wasting less, and encouraging others to do the same. Teaching may be behind me, but I love to learn and help others which guides most everything I do!
